Job Purpose:

The main purpose of the Truck Pusher, Senior position is to execute the entire rig move as per plan and to control and monitor whole AMHEC rig move fleet which includes Drivers, Operators, signal man, riggers and tire man.

Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the client’s site and rig move schedule.
• Conduct road survey of upcoming move together with rig move supervisor, and prepare reports against conducted survey.
• Conduct pre-move inspection for all trucks which includes tires and load securing equipment (chains, ratchet & belts).
• Conduct daily Pre-Job Safety Meeting (PJSM) with the entire team in cooperation with the Tool Pusher/Rig Manager.
• Maintain open channel of communication with rig site team.
• Follow the rig move plan and communicate the same plan to all drivers.
• Assign suitable truck for loading as per load specification.
• Make sure safety practices are in place while calling and positioning truck for loading.
• Follow and coordinate structured process for all rig move operations.
• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation and Muror (Traffic) rules and regulations
• Request timely oversize/overweight load permits if and when required.
• Define convoy loads and monitor execution in close liaison with field rig move supervisor.
• Check the operational readiness of the equipment on a daily basis.
• Arrange food and diesel for the fleet in coordination with Rig Camp boss and Rig Manager.
• Immediately report, Incidents & Accidents, should they occur and take necessary measures and actions to safeguard Personnel, Loads and Equipment.
• Prepare daily load and offloading report after completion of the working day.
• Make sure all timesheets are signed by Rig Manager after completion of the rig move.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

HSE Responsibility:

• Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
• Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.

QHSE Authority:

• Contribute to the QMS: to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by implementing processes in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
• Participate in Training and Apply Competence: to participate in training programs to develop and maintain the necessary competence for their roles, and to apply their competence to perform work activities and contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Follow Procedures and Control of Production and Service Provision: to follow documented procedures and work instructions relevant to their work.
• Report Changes and Nonconformities: to report any changes in their work environment or processes that could affect the conformity of AMHEC's products or services, report any nonconformities and suggest corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.

Qualifiations:

• High school certificate or equivalent, Diploma is a plus.
• Above 4 years experience as a truck pusher.
• Good knowledge of all type of trucks.
• Truck Driver experience.
• Leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
