Job Purpose:

The main purpose of the Truck Pusher position is to handle all Facility Management site move activity, conduct road survey, move hazard assessment, follow on move equipment & manpower till completion.

Job Responsibilities

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate with client/sites team for site move schedule. 
• Conduct the road survey of upcoming site move, conduct road hazard assessment & prepare RHA reports against conducted survey. 
• Coordinate with Transport / Operation teams for ordering site move fleet, preparing loading list, issuing waybills etc. 
• Preparation of trucks and equipment for site move, supervise whole move on site. 
• Leading move convoy. 
• Monitor loading and off-loading of camp and equipment, supervise whole fleet of trucks and manpower during and after move.
• Inspection of all site facilities confirmed secured prior move and at new location. 
• Coordinate with Facility management team in case any service / maintenance required upon rig up process. 
• Attend clients’ emails, perform with proper level of coordination against handles Facility Management sites. 
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

HSE Responsibility:

• Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
• Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.

QHSE Authority:

• Contribute to the QMS: to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by implementing processes in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
• Participate in Training and Apply Competence: to participate in training programs to develop and maintain the necessary competence for their roles, and to apply their competence to perform work activities and contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Follow Procedures and Control of Production and Service Provision: to follow documented procedures and work instructions relevant to their work.
• Report Changes and Nonconformities: to report any changes in their work environment or processes that could affect the conformity of AMHEC's products or services, report any nonconformities and suggest corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as Truck Pusher, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Must be aware of rig & site move procedure, safe practices, must have good background of trucks, trailers & H.E.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
• Can drive trucks, should be able to lead & train drivers. 
• Computer literate
• Time management & leadership skills
