  • Analyze driving behavior data to assess driver risk levels and inform interventions.
  • Review and pre-approve high-risk or critical journey plans prior to final authorization.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance journey monitoring tools, tracking technology, and reporting systems.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions for recurring nonconformities and systemic weaknesses.
  • Allocate resources and manage shift schedules to maintain uninterrupted journey monitoring operations.
  • Consolidate driving performance, compliance, and journey management reports received from administrators.
  • Analyze trends and present driving and journey management performance dashboards to senior management.
  • Ensure all trip requests comply with AMHEC Driving Policy and Journey Management Procedure before approval.
  • Supervise and mentor Journey Management Administrators, ensuring effective 24/7 coverage of the monitoring center.
  • Support internal and client audits related to driving and journey management and provide required evidence and reports.
  • Coordinate driver training, re-assessment, and certification programs in collaboration with QHSE and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee real-time monitoring of journeys and ensure timely intervention when deviations or unsafe conditions are identified.
  • Ensure adherence to AMHEC standards, client requirements, and applicable regulatory driving and journey management obligations.
  • Apply Stop Work Authority for non-compliant or unsafe journeys, including preventing journey commencement or stopping journeys in progress.
  • Support the investigation of driving-related incidents, near misses, and vehicle damage events, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
