Description

The main purpose of the Driver, Big Bus position is to safely and efficiently safely transporting passengers on designated routes within Saudi Arabia urban, suburban, or intercity areas. This role demands strict adherence to traffic regulations, a strong focus on passenger safety, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Big Bus under various conditions, including city traffic, highways, and in different weather conditions.
• Assist passengers in boarding and alighting, ensuring they are safely seated before departure.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo.
• Use navigation tools to find the most efficient routes.
• Transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.
• Deliver packages or documents, ensuring they are undamaged and delivered on time.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their luggage or cargo, if necessary.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergency equipment.
• Always keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repair services to ensure vehicle longevity and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of travel, including distances driven, fuel consumption, and time spent.
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all necessary documents for the vehicle and driver are current and accessible.
• Provide excellent service to passengers, maintaining professionalism and politeness.
• Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns with patience and understanding.
• Always ensure a comfortable environment within the vehicle.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
