Job Purpose:

The main purpose of the Coordinator, Sites position is to execute, control and overview all Facility Management site activities related to AMHEC supplied services.

Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend, observe and supervise all supplied services within camp site.
  • Attend, respond and act against all site client personnel requests, demands and instructions in time. Apply positive attitude all the time to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Attend and communicate daily conference call with Operation Officer / Unit head for update on site ongoing operation.
  • Patrol & check all camp/site premises, cabinets, facilities & equipment are in proper working condition. Report maintenance & operation team if any repair required and follow it up till done.
  • Collect and maintain records for checklists of personnel/equipment at site and make sure they are properly completed.
  • Observe stock materials at site store, maintain record on usage/consumption, and inventory list for all assets, items, and equipment within site.
  • Order, attend and maintain record on weekly/per order services i.e. diesel filling, pest control, garbage skips etc. make sure that service been delivered & executed properly. 
  • Maintain record on certification/inspection for all site personnel, equipment or units, validity & renewal date should be tracked and requested of Operation / Fleet by enough period prior to expiry.   
  • Maintain record to assure preventive maintenance/service of all light & heavy equipment, truck units within site are completed on due date and mile/hour age by timely manner.
  • Prepare and obtain the signature of client for any extra supplied services, i.e. diesel, extra meals etc., record and forward to FM office for invoicing. 
  • At camp move, along with site & maintenance team, check & secure all cabinets, units, and equipment etc. for safe loading/offloading.
  • Upon mobilization to the new site check and services, supplies, equipment etc. are working properly and at fine condition. 
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

 

HSE Responsibility:

  • Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
  • Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.

 

QHSE Authority:

  • Contribute to the QMS: to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by implementing processes in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in Training and Apply Competence: to participate in training programs to develop and maintain the necessary competence for their roles, and to apply their competence to perform work activities and contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Follow Procedures and Control of Production and Service Provision: to follow documented procedures and work instructions relevant to their work.
  • Report Changes and Nonconformities: to report any changes in their work environment or processes that could affect the conformity of AMHEC's products or services, report any nonconformities and suggest corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
