Description

The main purpose of the Sales Representative position is to carry our sales activities for major accounts to develop and increase AMHEC’s market share inside those accounts. Sales Representative shall recognize opportunities and turn leads to long-lasting partnerships.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In responsible for new client development for assigned segment. 
  • Analyzes the client organizational structure and maps the client’s internal structure/matrix concerning AMHEC offering and keeping it updated.
  • Keep AMHEC’s sales management team updated with regards to client’s project requirements through staying in touch with client’s key persons daily.
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with AMHEC major clients and increase AMHECs market share in those clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Act as client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience. as focal point of contact between AMHEC and assigned client.
  • Assist AMHEC’s assigned Accounts Receivable team in invoice submission and payment collection.
  • Assist AMHEC’s Government Relation team in certification requirement thru the client.
  • Source new prospects clients (active and non-active ones) through visit show and referrals. 
  • Prospects new business, sets and closes appointments with key decision makers, services existing business and develops strong client relationships.
  • Deals with all management levels to present products and services. Develops contacts to support key relationship building for ongoing business development.
  • Schedules promotional work and tracks sales activities. Quotes prices, prepares proposals, and provides information regarding terms and delivery via ERP system.
  • Develops new business within assigned region or industry. Gathers data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing.
  • Plans daily activity, including customer visits and quantitative/qualitative objectives to achieve. Creates a time efficient plan and discusses it his/her direct manager. 
  • Searches for, identifies, and develops leads from lists, publications, and given information to increase AMHEC’s market share in the territory. 
  • Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial arguments. 
  • Organizes demonstrations for existing and potential clients/customers, and actively participates in the development of AMHEC’s products/services offerings and promotional materials and participates in trade events. 
  • Follows market and competition evolution and transmits information to his/her direct manager. 
  • Establishes daily visit reports for his/her direct manager. 
  • Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products/services, field problems, etc.
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
