Description

The main purpose of the Accounts Manager position is to lead specific sales team to carry out sale plan and achieve the sales target for assigned market segment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the sales target achievement of specific sales team and improve market share for assigned sales segment.
  • Develop the new account and build and maintain the good relationship with high management for current accounts in assigned segment.
  • Support sales representative to close the deal and improve the conversion rate from leads to contract. 
  • Have clear picture for projects information and market situation in his territory.
  • Lead, direct and assist sales team to profiling the accounts in his territory.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collects and analyzes data to learn more about client needs and behavior.
  • Develop strategies and plans to enhance sales process based on assigned sales segment. 
  • Forecast sales target to ensure sources are effectively organized.
  • Follow up the on-going or coming project details for assigned segment.
  • Review sales forecasting for the sales staff supervising the achievement on weekly, monthly, and quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Monitor sales in line with Sales target and administrating and implementing those plans.
  • Develop, manage, maintain, and monitor customer satisfaction survey for assigned segment based on CRM system.
  • Assist AMHEC’s assigned Accounts Receivable team in invoice submission and payment collection to ensure debit collection in his territory.
  • Show strong leadership with the sales team and for all sales activities, evaluate sales executive’s performance based on KPI system. 
  • Review daily sales visiting plan from sales executive and propose the solution for the current problem during daily sales activities. 
  • organizes sales meetings to follow up with sales team on daily sales activities.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops the Sales team to ensure that the objectives are reached.
  • Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reports.
  • Promotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with AMHEC’s values and that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectives.
  • Identifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successors.
  • Identifies and monitors key Sales functional KPIs, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
